Return Exchange Policy

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT?

  • If the item does not meet your expectations, you may request for a return in accordance with our return policy.
  • Should you desire an exchange of size, color, or style, kindly proceed with the return process and place a new order for the preferred item.
  • You can also do product exchange at WB Stores, for both order made online or purchase made at store. Please see below for instructions.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURN?

  • Return is only permitted for full price items. Marked-down items are not eligible for return.
  • Return may not be eligible under selected promotional campaign. Please see campaign terms and conditions.
  • Return must be done within 7 days of purchase at WB Store or 7 days after delivery of online order is completed.
  • Product is in original condition and tag has not been removed. For swimwear, hygiene sticker must still be in place.
  • Return is only applicable to order purchased on our website or at WB Stores via credit card.
  • Original receipt must be presented.

WHERE CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

  • For purchase through our website, return shall be made only via post.
  • For purchase at WB Store, return shall be made only at the same branch the purchase was made.
  • However, if you wish to exchange (not return) the product, our WB Store team can process your product exchange request at the store as well, which can be done for both the purchase made via website and the purchase made at store. The choice of products to be exchanged are limited to only the products available at the store.
  • If price of the new item you with to exchange to is higher than the original purchase price, you will be asked to pay the difference.
  • If the price of the new item you with to exchange to is lower than the original purchase price, we cannot refund you the difference.
  • If you buy our products from the department stores, please contact department stores and follow their return and exchange policy.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PRODUCT RETURN?

For item purchased via website:
  • Email us at team@wakingbee.com or line us at @wakingbee and indicate the following information: your name, address, phone number, order number, and specify the item you wish to return
  • We will be in touch to confirm your return request
  • Mail to us the item at: Wakingbee Corporation Co., Ltd. 65, 42 Tower, 16F, Room 1602, Sukhumvit 42 road, Phra Khanong, Klongtoei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
  • Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product condition and if the condition is met, we will execute the refund via credit card. For order paid via bank transfer, we will contact you to provide us with your bank details to transfer the refund.
For items purchased at WB Stores:
  • Present your receipt and product at our cashier to request for return or exchange.
  • Please refer to FAQ above or consult our staff to check if your purchase meets return and exchange conditions.
  • Return is only allowed at the same branch where the purchase was made, and only for payment made through credit card. Refund will be processed by the bank and may take 45-60 days to credit back into your account.
